Licensing Overview
BBMG Publishing manages a comprehensive catalog of original productions, sound design elements, sample libraries, and educational content. All licensing agreements grant specific usage rights while BBMG retains underlying copyright ownership. Choose the license tier that aligns with your creative and commercial objectives.

Music Production Licenses

Universal License Restrictions
All BBMG licenses prohibit the following unless explicitly authorized in writing:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the licensed production to third parties
- Claiming sole authorship or copyright ownership of the production
- Using licensed content in pornographic, defamatory, or illegal material
- Registering the production with content ID systems (YouTube, SoundCloud) without coordination
- Removing or altering producer tags, metadata, or copyright information
- Sharing or distributing license files or documentation
Violation of license terms may result in legal action and financial penalties.
Licensing Process
Step 1: Browse Catalog
Explore available productions through the BBMG website, streaming platforms with "FOR LEASE" designations, or request a private catalog link from licensing@blvckbandz.com.
Step 2: Submit License Request
Contact BBMG Publishing via email with the following information:
- Track title or production identifier
- Desired license type (Basic Lease, Premium Lease, Exclusive, Sync, etc.)
- Artist/client name and contact information
- Project description and intended use
- Release timeline (if applicable)
Step 3: Review & Payment
BBMG Publishing will send a licensing agreement and invoice. Upon payment receipt, you'll receive:
- Signed license agreement with tracking number
- Audio files via secure download link
- Usage documentation and metadata
- Producer credit information
Step 4: Create & Credit
Proceed with your creative project while adhering to license terms. Include proper producer credits in all distributions as specified in your agreement.
Special Terms & Conditions
Distribution & Streaming
Licensed content may be distributed through digital streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, etc.), physical media, and broadcast channels as authorized by your specific license tier. Stream and view limits apply to cumulative totals across all platforms.
Producer Credits
Unless Exclusive Rights License with negotiated terms, all releases must include the credit "Produced by BLVCK BANDZ" or specific producer name as designated in license documentation. Credits must appear in:
- Song metadata (ID3 tags, streaming platform information)
- Physical or digital album liner notes
- Music video descriptions
- Press releases and promotional materials
Performing Rights & Royalties
BBMG retains publishing rights and ownership of the underlying musical composition. Licensees are responsible for registering songs with performing rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) and providing BBMG's publishing information for proper royalty splits as outlined in license agreements.
Renewals & Extensions
Lease licenses (Basic, Premium) may be renewed or upgraded before expiration. Contact licensing@blvckbandz.com at least 30 days before expiration to discuss renewal terms. Continued use after expiration without renewal constitutes license violation.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the digital nature of licensed products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued after delivery of license documentation and audio files. Review preview files thoroughly before purchase.
