Compensation & Integrity

No work is done without compensation.

Some roles begin as volunteer or early-stage support positions due to where BBMG™ is in its growth cycle — but all contributions are recognized, documented, and aligned contributors are prioritized as paid roles, stipends, contracts, and leadership opportunities emerge.

Alignment is currency here — and it compounds.
